LCC Group announces leadership team and new hires

Independent Brisbane-based brand agency, LCC Group has announced new hires and a newly-appointed leadership team, off the back of organic growth and new client wins.
The agency has welcomed former Kate Spade New York's Global Brand Strategy Head, Lindsay Knaak-Stuart as Brand Director, along with former Mater Group Marketing and Brand Director, Mel Williams (née Mead) as Marketing and Communications Director.
Both Lindsay and Mel will join recently promoted Agency Director, Christie Patten, in a newly-formed leadership team that will drive the business's growth strategy and lead a team of 15 specialists and consultants.
LCC Group Founder, Laura Campion said the new hires follow 12 months of significant growth for the business, with more expected as the agency scales up its operations to service an expanding and diversified portfolio of clients: "Our New York expat Lindsay has spent her career leading the global brand marketing for premium fashion and retail giants including Kate Spade and Gap Inc. Having Lindsay at LCC Group brings new opportunities for us to partner with multinational brands with marketing, franchise and licensing projects, as well as offering a valuable perspective to the existing businesses we work with.
"We’re also really excited to welcome Mel Williams (nee Mead), who brings 15+ years’ experience to LCC Group in a different space - having directed integrated marketing teams across healthcare, NFP, government and start-ups. Mel will lead the team’s medtech, mining services and B2B marketing projects, consulting directly to CEOs and their boards as their outsourced marketing director."
In addition to that, new hires have also been made across the agency's digital, marketing and administration teams, including the appointment of Moyara Desideri as Digital Performance Manager and Courtney Kitson as Marketing Account Coordinator.
